TWO WAYS TO DELIVER IT
Full Day Onsite. Mat in your space from 10 to 4. Morning is discovery and interviews. Afternoon is build and train. By the time he leaves, your Claude is set up and you know how to use it.
Two Half Days. Day one onsite for discovery. Mat goes away, builds your skills and design system over the next week or so, then comes back for day two to install everything and train you on it.
You pick which suits. If you're not sure, book the call first and Mat will recommend.

For interstate jobs Mat travels and runs it as the full day in one block so there's only one trip. Travel and accommodation costs are added to the quote up front, never tacked on later.
